If you are in need of an adorable and SUPER easy treat for your Easter celebration, I have the perfect recipe for you. Check out these sweet, EASY Nutella Easter nests!

Nutella Easter Nests

So sweet and so simple! In fact, my three year-old and I whipped up a batch of these together in about 15 minutes.

Helping make Easter nests

These easy Nutella Easter nests only require 5 ingredients: 3 Tbsp.butter, 1 bag of big marshmallows, 1/2 cup Nutella, 6 cups Rice Krispies, and chocolate Easter eggs to tuck inside the sweet nests. Just melt the butter, marshmallows, and Nutella in a big pot, and stir in the cereal. Then I used a buttered muffin tin to shape the nests. Drop a heaping spoonful into each hole, and gently press the center down with your thumb (it will be hot, so use caution). Don’t press too hard or you will end up with very stiff treats.

And that’s it! Super easy, and SUPER cute. We decided to share these treats with some neighbors, so we put them in little homemade baskets.

Nutella Easter Nests 3

I made the basket out of a piece of 12″ square cardstock. I’ll postĀ a tutorialĀ for the basket as soon as I can snap some pictures of the process. I just sort of figured it out, so I’ll have to make a couple more and write up the instructions.

In the meantime, here’s the printable version of the recipe in case you want to give these easy Nutella Easter nests a try!
